    ComCreate Operations Dashboard

    Led a six-phase overhaul of a Next.js and Supabase platform for client sites, audits, reporting, requests, and ongoing maintenance.

    Built

    • Built fleet-health triage from crawl, Lighthouse, audit, and operational signals, then connected low-risk issues to draft fixes, independent review, and post-merge checks

    • Rebuilt the client portal around GA4 and GSC reporting, factual work history, request tracking, per-client modules, and role-scoped access

    • Hardened production with Sentry, route error boundaries, bounded API caching, deploy-skew recovery, and CI gates covering more than 2,000 automated test cases

    Built a public SvelteKit storefront and a multi-tenant clinic platform for patient intake, wound-care orders, recurring shipments, notifications, and audit trails.

    • Automated fax and document intake with RingCentral, Amazon S3, and AWS Bedrock so incoming records become reviewable order data and Standard Written Order PDFs

    • Implemented PHI-sensitive controls with AES-256-GCM encryption, searchable blind indexes, clinic-scoped authorization, inactivity timeouts, and encrypted internal messaging

    • Added pre-fulfillment checks for documentation, NPI verification, refill timing, and wound evaluations, with reviewed overrides and concurrency-safe status changes

    Multi-site Healthcare Web Operations

    Operated the migration and hardening of three WordPress properties on AWS Lightsail, then built the lead and release tooling around them.

    • Built lead operations across Contact Form 7, Yardi, and AWS SES, with first-touch attribution, delivery tracing, failure recovery, filtered reporting, and a WordPress operations dashboard

    • Built a 24-market Next.js paid-search platform and a path-preserving Apache-to-Vercel cutover for 12 production routes with automatic rollback and repeatable release checks

    • Created Rust and Python tools for redirect, canonical, schema, sitemap, attribution, and PII-aware lead verification
